ABOUT US

Rons Pet Supplies is a family run business and has been established since 1989. We started with a couple of tables in the local Pannier Market selling lose weigh dog and cat foods a few peanuts and small range of accessories. We built our business on good old fashion reliability, service, and keen prices. After a couple of years we built our stocks and started offering a free local delivery service, which was a great success.

In 1999 we opened our first shop in Tavistock, Devon. It was a big risk, it was out of town on a small business park with very little traffic going by. After concentrating on providing good service, sound advice and the best prices we could the shop started to take off, in 18 months we moved to a larger shop on the the same estate which enabled us to increase our range and provide our customers with what they needed. It also enabled us to buy better which  keeps our prices as low as possible. Now we can offer you exactly the same and you dont even have to come to Tavistock ( But its worth a visit  if you are in Devon.)

If you are a new or existing customer in the Tavistock area you can now order your goods online, with all the same benefits as you had before but with addition of seeing what you are buying before ordering and maybe seeing a few things you did not know we had.

If you are a customer outside our catchment area, (please see below if not sure) you can now benefit from our vast range of products at great prices, our freindly and reliable service, good sound advice if needed and the convenience of not having to go out in all weathers and trying to park in the ever decreasing car parks.

Delivery

All our deliveries are done at cost price, we use Royal Mail where we can and a reliable outside courier for larger items. Please allow 3 to 5 working days.
